Christian Webmasters Internet Society

Welcome to the World of DLPwriter

I am a retired woman that loves to write about my numerous interests. I've been online since March of 1997. During that time, I've written for several websites. Now, I've organized all my previous (and future) writing into my own domains.

May I invite to visit my websites? Creating websites is one of my ongoing learning experiences. I've read that we develop new pathways in our brains as long as we continue to learn. Reading and otherwise keeping the brain engaged is also claimed to be one way of postponing the onset of diseases such as Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Therefore writing is both enjoyable and disease fighting for me!

CHRISTIAN WRITER

The most important thing about me is that I am a Christian who still believes that the Bible is the Word of God. I try to follow Biblical teachings in my daily life. Because of my lifelong interest in reading all I can about the Bible and living the Christian lifestyle, I've reviewed books from many publishers. Visit Christian Reviewer to read my reviews of Christian books and assorted mental health books

GARDENING

I love to garden-both indoors and outdoors. You may learn about my different gardening styles by visiting Obsessive Gardening. That website serves as a gateway to my gardening websites.

MICHIGAN NATURAL HISTORY

I enjoy learning about the animals and birds that make Michigan their home. You can learn about them at Michigan Natural History.

PET BIRDS

I am currently owned by two companion birds. Liberty cockatiel is my "lover bird" because he loves to snuggle close to me and have me whisper his favorite phrases to him. Jupiter is my "fierce defender" because he boldly attacks anything he perceives to be dangerous - specifically anything bigger than himself. You can read all about my life with Liberty and Jupiter at Living with Pet Birds
